** The major function of this position is:
** Inspection of all returned product.  Clean, process and evaluate damages and accurately code and enter information into SAP.
*
* Hours:

** Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
** Pay:** $17/hour
** The primary responsibilities and duties of this position are:
*** Inspect all returned Maui Jim and Zeal product for damages.
* Clean sunglasses and process for credits, inventory and breakdowns.
* Accurately enter all return codes and information into SAP in a timely manner.
* Maintain an average of 18 entries per hour.
* Perform inventory of product on returns carts as needed.
* Ability to determine return stock for account credit or non-credit.
* Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.

Qualifications:

**** As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:
*** High school graduate with 1-2 years customer service experience.  Technical or repair background.
** In lieu of education, the following equivalent experience is preferred:
*** GED and 2-3 years customer service experience.
