Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineer
INTEGRIS Automation seeks a controls engineer with a broad technical background including PLC/HMI/SCADA programming, robotics, hardware selection and interfacing, and use of CAD tools. Prefer 5+ years of experience. Open to less experience with interest and education. The successful candidate will possess a diverse set of skills and work on multiple project teams.
Desired Qualifications- CONTROLS PLC, HMI, SCADA programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc)
- Interfacing sensors and actuators
- Use of communication busses such as CAN and SSI
- Experience controlling hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of control theory, PID tuning, stability analysis
- Component selection and BOM creation for various controls hardware
- Power distribution
- Industrial robots (FANUC, Yaskawa, ABB, etc)
- Software tools: CODESYS, RMC Tools, EPLAN AutoCAD Electrical
- Solid Works and/or AutoCAD experience a plus
- PLC/HMI/SCADA experience a plus, especially programming complex electromechanical systems
- Strong organization, communication, detail orientation, analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Mechanical and/or structural experience a plus
- Experience estimating and quoting projects
- FMEA and design reviews
- Familiarity with code compliance
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Background check will be conducted
