Founded in 1953 and now operating multiple offices including one in Peoria, Illinois, this firm provides civil, structural, forensic engineering, and survey services for public and private clients. The firm is widely recognized for client‑centered solutions, innovation, precision, and a deep respect for the long‑term impact of its work on communities.

We are seeking a Structural Engineer with 0-10 years of experience to join our Peoria team. This role offers the chance to work on diverse building and infrastructure projects from concept through construction, collaborating within a multidisciplinary environment.

• Structural Design & Analysis: Perform calculations and design for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structural systems following applicable codes.
• Modeling & Documentation: Produce structural models, drawings, and details using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and industry‑standard analysis software.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, survey teams, and other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Construction Support: Assist with site visits, RFIs, submittal reviews, and field issue resolutions.
• Quality & Client Service: Contribute to the firm's reputation for precision, technical rigor, and trustworthy project delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred for advanced levels).
• EIT/FE certification or ability to obtain within six months; PE is a plus for candidates with higher experience.
• Working knowledge of structural analysis/design tools and BIM/CAD platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving ability.
• Interest in multidisciplinary collaboration (structural, civil, forensics, survey).
