We’re one of the largest print and marketing companies in central Illinois — and after 48 years, we’re still growing. Our clients include healthcare systems, Fortune 50 companies, franchises, manufacturers, and local businesses who count on us to make them look good. Every. Single. Time.
We need someone who gets energy from solving problems, loves keeping things organized when it’s chaos around them, and actually enjoys talking to people. You’ll be the person our customers trust to take their idea and make sure it comes out right — whether that’s a stack of business cards or a fleet of vehicle wraps.
What Your Days Look LikeYou’ll work directly with customers in person, on the phone, and over email — quoting projects, managing timelines, coordinating with our production team, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Some days you’ll help with light production work like cutting, binding, or finishing. No two days are the same, and that’s the point.
You’ll learn how print, signage, direct mail, and marketing materials actually get made — from concept to delivery. If you’ve ever been curious about how the stuff you see on buildings, vehicles, and in your mailbox gets produced, you’re about to find out.
Who Thrives Here- You’re a communicator. Clear, confident, and comfortable whether you’re on the phone with a marketing director or helping someone at the counter.
- You’re organized under pressure. Multiple jobs, multiple deadlines, multiple customers — and you keep it all straight.
- You’re tech‑comfortable. You’ll use quoting software, email, and various business tools daily. You don’t need to be an expert, but you can’t be afraid of a screen.
- You’re proactive. You see what needs to happen next and you do it without being asked.
- You’re physical enough. This is a production environment — you’ll be on your feet and occasionally moving materials up to 30 lbs.
- Experience in print, signage, or graphic design
- Adobe Creative Suite or Microsoft Office skills
- Social media or marketing background
- We’re growing. We’ve nearly doubled our production capacity in the last few years. This isn’t a company treading water.
- You’ll learn a real trade. Print and sign production is hands‑on, creative, and in demand. This role builds skills you can use for a career, not just a paycheck.
- The work is interesting. One day it’s a direct mail campaign for a hospital system. The next it’s a vehicle wrap for a local business. Then it’s tradeshow graphics shipping nationwide. You won’t be bored.
- We invest in our people and our process. We run on EOS, we track what matters, and we’re always improving. You’ll work with people who take the work seriously but don’t take themselves too seriously.
- Pretty cool people. Pretty cool stuff. That’s not just a tagline — it’s how we operate.
Send your resume to [email/link]. Tell us a little about yourself and why this sounds like your kind of job. We don’t need a cover letter — just show us you’re a real person who’s interested.
