Job Description:
Architecture Analysis & Technical Debt Identification Review existing application and solution architectures to identify technical debt, risks, redundancies, and non‑standard technologies.
Assess solutions against established architecture standards, principles, and target‑state guidance.
Document findings clearly and pragmatically, focusing on impact, risk, and remediation options rather than theoretical purity.
Support technology lifecycle and modernization analysis by capturing end‑of‑life, obsolescence, and supportability concerns.
Portfolio & Data Support Maintain and update architecture‑related data (e.g., applications, technologies, dependencies, risks) in LeanIX and related tools.
Support data quality efforts by validating completeness, accuracy, and consistency of architecture information.
Partner with architects and application owners to close data gaps and resolve inconsistencies.
Architecture Governance Enablement Prepare materials for Architecture Review Board (ARB), Technical Governance Group, and related forums.
Track architecture review outcomes, decisions, risks, and follow‑up actions.
Ensure governance artifacts are complete, organized, and accessible for future reference and audit needs.
Help ensure architecture governance is lightweight, repeatable, and respected—not bureaucratic.
Operational & Administrative Support Manage meeting logistics for architecture governance bodies, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and notes.
Coordinate inputs from architects, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure reviews happen on time.
Track action items and follow‑ups across architecture activities.
Serve as a central point of coordination for architecture‑related operational needs.
Architecture Practice Support Assist Enterprise and Solution Architects with research, analysis, and documentation tasks.
Help document architecture processes, standards, and reference materials.
Support continuous improvement of architecture workflows and tooling.
Act as a force multiplier for the architecture team—removing friction so architects can focus on higher‑value work.
