- Salary: USD 60,000 – 120,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Customer Service Representative to support customers by providing accurate information, responding to inquiries, and assisting with solutions related to energy programs and services. This role involves customer communication, participation in training and events, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a customer-focused approach while supporting team objectives and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in virtual and in-person meetings, training sessions, industry events, and informational activities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, messages, emails, or in-person interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate information regarding services and processes
- Monitor general market activity and share relevant observations with internal teams
- Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to support team goals and improve operational effectiveness
- Use approved digital and social media platforms responsibly to support outreach and engagement efforts
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information within internal systems
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- High school diploma or equivalent required (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of customer engagement or sales-related processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Comfort using databases, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
- Professional and ethical approach to customer interactions
- Annual salary range of USD 60,000 – 120,000
