Whatyou’ll do
- Outstanding phone skills and a confident, friendly manner when speaking with clients
- Comfortable engaging with clients over the phone, via text and through email throughout the day
- Deliver seamless new client onboarding and ongoing service to clients, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail
- Monitor and track pending service work, ensuring clients receive personalized update calls, texts or emails based on each client’s preference regarding the progress of their requests
- Assist clients with issues and concerns
- Schedule client meetings to ensure clients have timely access to our team
- Accurately document client interactions and conversation details in the CRM database
- Resolve issues regarding new accounts, transfers or amendments
- Prepare new accounts for delivery and communicate delivery to clients in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and client-facing processes once grounded in existing systems
- Assist with additional responsibilities as needed to support firm growth and success
- Professional discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Collaborative, proactive team player willing to assist others
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing time sensitive tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication; written and verbal
- Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance
- Contribute positively to a culture of accountability, trust, and mutual support
- Embraces change and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience in client service, administrative support, or financial services
- Familiarity with CRM systems or client management tools
- Life & Health Licensed

Pay & Perks:
- $44,000 -- $50,000 depending on experience
- PTO and company recognized holidays
