Industrial Project Managersareresponsibleforleadingconstructioneffortsforadiverseportfolioofindustrialclients ,oftenmanagingmultiplesmalltomid-sizedprojectssimultaneously.
Theyworkcollaborativelywithothercompanydepartmentstocarryprojectsthroughcarefullyplannedpreconstructioneffortsensuringdeliveryon-time,within budget,andalignedwithclientexpectations.
Project Managersareresponsibleforthe Financial ,Schedule,Safety,and Qualityperformanceoftheirassignedprojects.
Astrongfocuswillbeplacedonestimatingaccuracy,costcontrols,andhands-onprojectmanagementtokeepconcurrentprojectsrunningsmoothly.
Theyarerequiredtomaintainathorough“bigpicture”understandingoftheiroverallworkloadwhilealsorecognizingandactinguponprioritytaskswithoutsupervision.
Inadditiontotheirownwork,Industrial Project Managersarerequiredtoeffectivelydelegatetasksandsuperviseprojectteamstoincludesuperintendents ,foremen,projectengineers,QCmanagers,Safetyofficers,projectcontrolsstaff,projectclerks,procurementstaff,anddesigners.
Thispositionalsosupports
RCC’sNewWork/Pursuits Teambyfosteringclientrelationships,developingleadsandopportunities,andensuringaclient-focusedprojectexperienceoneveryassignment.
- Consistentlyapplydisciplinetocontributetoahighlyfunctioningteamdynamicwhileworkingcollaborativelywithother Project Managers ,theField Operations Department ,andthe
RCCLeadership
Team. - Live,work,andleadinalignmentwiththeorganization’sPurpose,Vision,Values,and Strategy.
- Maintain up-to-dateprojectschedulesandcoordinatecloselywithonsite
Client
Representativesandconstructionsuperintendentstodeliversuperiorresults.
- Collaboratewithsubcontractors,suppliers,andinternalteammemberstoprovidebudgetaryestimatesand/ordetailedhard-bidquotestomeetclientconstructionneedsforprojectsupto $1MM.
- Highlyeffectivecommunicationandcollaborationwiththe Operations Teamwillbeessentialforsuccessinamulti -project environment.
Develop,foster,andadministerstrategicrelationshipinitiativeswith
Industrial
Clients,Design Partners,Subcontracting Partners,and Vendors.
Serveasthefaceoftheclientrelationshipandthemainpointofcontact,ensuringresponsivenessandconsistentdeliveryacrossawideportfoliooffast-pacedprojects.
Field Project Focus- Resolvefieldconstructionproblemsincoordinationwithonsiteagencies.
- Attendprogressmeetings,developstatusreports,andmakerecommendationsforimprovements.
- Ensurecompliancewith
BIMandall
RCCdocumentationrequirements.
