Superintendent - Highway Asphalt

Experienced Superintendent (Heavy Highway)

This role requires senior experience in heavy highway construction, grading, paving, and project management.

• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of prior project management within heavy highway asphalt experience
• Familiarity with grading, paving (asphalt and concrete), and all other highway construction scopes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project fiscal responsibility
• Shown ability to work with all federal, state, and local governments
• Strong prioritization, organizational and detail‑oriented skill set needed
• Some travel may be required
