Experienced Superintendent (Heavy Highway)
This role requires senior experience in heavy highway construction, grading, paving, and project management.
Qualifications- BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of prior project management within heavy highway asphalt experience
- Familiarity with grading, paving (asphalt and concrete), and all other highway construction scopes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project fiscal responsibility
- Shown ability to work with all federal, state, and local governments
- Strong prioritization, organizational and detail‑oriented skill set needed
- Some travel may be required
