As part of the Digital Excellence team, this role supports global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations on the Coupa platform. The position focuses on operational stability, supplier enablement, compliance, and continuous improvement, while leveraging AI‑enabled Coupa capabilities and data insights to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience across indirect procurement.

What You Will Do
  • Support global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations on the Coupa platform, ensuring day‑to‑day stability and issue resolution.
  • Manage worldwide hosted catalog processes, including supplier pricing catalogs and content accuracy.
  • Oversee global punchout and cXML (B2B) enablement in partnership with internal technical teams.
  • Provide Level 2 support for supplier onboarding and collaborate with Level 1 teams on standardized processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and reduce invoice exceptions (“invoice grief”).
  • Support procurement compliance activities and facility‑level compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Category and Site Buyers to support indirect procurement operations at the facility level.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and global Coupa deployments.
  • Lead or support special projects to improve P2P usability, supplier connectivity, PO velocity, and invoice accuracy.
What You Have
  • Education/

    Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; experience supporting P2P or procurement platforms.
  • Data‑driven Decision Making:
    Knowledge of the data‑driven decision‑making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to gather and analyze data to make organizational decisions that align with strategic business objectives and goals.
  • Knowledge of a Specific Procurement System (Coupa):
    Knowledge of the features, functions and operations of a specific procurement system; ability to develop and use tools, techniques, and practices for a specific procurement application.
  • Procurement:
    Knowledge of buying and procurement; ability to work with organizational strategies and practices, and use tools for buying goods, supplies, equipment and services needed to conduct business.
  • Effective Communications:
    Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

  • Experience using Coupa AI‑based capabilities to identify anomalies, reduce invoice exceptions, and support continuous improvement.
  • Strong data and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards and AI‑assisted insights for business decision‑making.
  • Experience supporting global deployments or operating in a large, matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence process improvements without direct authority.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with interest in automation, AI adoption, and digital transformation within procurement.
Summary Pay Range

$97,530.00 - $
