The Global Service organization within PSLD provides world‑class support to Cat® dealers across the globe. As the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Service Events & Insights
, you will play a key role in the acceleration of transformational initiatives across the enterprise, leveraging fluid analysis, inspection, service response, Cat Interact and dealer Work Order data within the Service Events Domain to facilitate quality insights by:

• Working with distribution, digital and industry partners to define, prototype and prepare comprehensive visualizations for production
• Leveraging machine learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to interpolate labor trends, parts replacement percentages, maintenance and repair data to enhance dealer resource planning
• Administering and governing access to Service Events Domain and the Service Maintenance Control System (SMCS)

• Monitor and review major organizational activities and goals to ensure important data needs are anticipated and met.
• Review and recommend policies and procedures for collecting and managing service events data.
• Provide leadership, direction and methodology for analysis, structure and visualization of service insights.

• Education Requirement: 4‑year college degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Process Management:
  Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
• Communicating Complex Concepts:
  Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
• Database Structures:
  Knowledge of database structures; ability to organize and store data in a particular data structure.
• Information Management:
  Knowledge of an organization’s existing and planned Information Architecture and Information Management (IM) methodology; ability to collect and manage information from different sources, and distribute this information to enhance operational efficiency.
• Repository Tools:
  Knowledge of metadata and information repository tools; ability to apply appropriate tools and techniques to manage metadata.
