We are seeking a proven leader to drive enterprise-wide compliance with global Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) packaging waste regulations. This role is responsible for interpreting emerging regulatory requirements, validating impacts with legal partners, and developing a unified compliance strategy. The position will guide cross-functional teams through data collection, reporting, execution, and timely submission of required filings to regulatory authorities. This is a high-visibility role involving frequent interaction with legal, engineering, logistics, procurement, government affairs, and external industry associations.
Responsibilities- Monitor global packaging waste and EPR regulatory developments and assess their relevance to the organization’s products.
- Confirm regulatory interpretations and impacts with legal counsel.
- Develop, document, and communicate a comprehensive compliance strategy.
- Facilitate alignment with cross-functional stakeholders and guide the organization through execution.
- Lead the collection, validation, and analysis of data required for regulatory reporting.
- Prepare and format official reports for submission to regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with industry peers and professional associations to understand trends and best practices.
- Host meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive project progress and address cross-functional inquiries.
- Analyze data to identify trends and necessary corrective actions.
- Maintain strong working relationships with process partners, subject matter experts, and internal customers.
- Required Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in compliance, engineering, data analysis, or similar technical domains.

Yes. - Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in a science-based field such as engineering, materials, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Preferred Education: Advanced degrees accepted, provided candidates also meet the required years of professional experience.
