Job Responsibilities- Monitor asset inventory levels and maintain order planning inputs using Power BI and/or Service Now
- Partner with Operations teams to assess inventory levels, usage trends, and consumption patterns
- Procure hardware on a regular cadence (minimum monthly) based on demand and forecasts
- Create, issue, and receive purchase orders for hardware, vending, print, and team supplies
- Collaborate on inventory and spend forecasting; track and report actuals against planned targets
- Monitor IT vending machine usage and manage replenishment orders to maintain availability
- Conduct monthly reviews with business stakeholders to evaluate spend versus plan Submit capital expenditure requests and audit assets to ensure proper deployment and placement into service
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, and build room operations.
- Monitor asset inventory levels and maintain order planning inputs using Power BI and/or Service Now

- Collaborate on demand forecasting and report actual spend and consumption against plan
- Monitor IT vending machine utilization and manage replenishment orders to ensure availability
- Conduct monthly reviews with business stakeholders to assess spend versus plan
- Submit capital expenditure requests and audit assets to ensure proper placement and entry into service
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, One Note, and Copilot
- Service Now tool use/exposure
- Next Gen Coupa (Purchase Orders)
