Title: Change Manager

Location: Mossville, IL (Peoria area)

Type: Contract

Pay: $33-34.77/hour on w2

Interview process: 1 round, 1 hour onsite panel IV

Length: 12 months - possibility to extend

Screenings: no tech, full panel drug and background once hired

• Understand what organizational change management is, explain it
• 2-year degree required, bachelor's preferred
• MS Office experience - Excel, PPT
• 5+ years of experience in this type of work
• Business transformation, change management, strategic communication

• Internal service organization - people from all over the company come to them for help managing people changes
• Whatever needs to be done to get people through a change
• Rebi, several Team Leads, and all team members own different projects, but very collaborative. Common for people to speak up and ask questions/advice

• Work on 1-3 different projects at once
• Whatever needs to be done to get people through a change - assess what the need is, make a plan, hold them to the plan, help people understand the need for the change
• Speak up for the people side
• Writing, convincing, relating to customer to understand what's really going on
• Edit on the fly if needed - share screens, edit on meetings, etc.
• There is a tool they use internally that everyone will be trained on
