Senior Manager, Analytics (Service Events & Insights)
Join Caterpillar Inc. as a Senior Manager, Analytics (Service Events & Insights) and help accelerate transformational initiatives across global service and enterprise. This role focuses on normalizing and enhancing analysis, inspection, service response, and dealer work order data to deliver quality insights.

Responsibilities- Employ strategic leadership to an experienced team of experts accountable for definition, development and governance of global dealer service data.
- Oversee the creation, enhancement and stewardship of all elements of the Service Events Domain.
- Sponsor and champion delivery of organizational projects & goals directly aligned with the business needs of Industry Partners, Distribution teams and dealers.
- Provide day‑to‑day guidance and coaching to technical and administrative staff.
- Work with distribution, digital and industry partners to define, standardize and improve dealer Work Order data quality.
- Leverage machine learning and AI to model labor trends, parts replacement percentages, maintenance and repair data for dealer resource planning.
- Refine and govern usage of the Service Maintenance Control System (SMCS) to standardize authoring and optimize execution of dealer service events.
- Education:
4‑year college degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering or related field. - Knowledge of business statistics and analytical tools that support decision making.
- Knowledge of Caterpillar products, services and product groupings.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Innovation mindset and design‑thinking knowledge.
- Experience with emerging technologies, AI and machine learning.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and stakeholder management.
- Required Travel:
