Time Lube Advisor

We have a thorough but FAST hiring process!

The Quick Lube Service Advisor will greet and consult with customers regarding applicable vehicle maintenance needs. They are the link between the customer and the service department, ensuring that the customers’ needs are met and that the work is done correctly.

PAY BEGINS AT $19.00 PER HOUR

• Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining it to the manufacturer’s standards.
• Schedule and assist walk-in appointments for team efficiency.
• Ensure that all documentation is accounted for.
• Progress check and upselling of additional services/products if warranted.
• Responsible for quality control to ensure the work is completed as requested.

• Some automotive or retail frontline experience is necessary.
• Positive and outgoing person with excellent listening skills.
• Sales experience is preferred. Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be organized and accurate.
• Knowledge of automotive operations and knowledge of appropriate telephone techniques.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Must possess a valid IL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
• Every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

• The compensation for the Quick Service Advisor starts at $19.00 per hour.
