Senior Accountant

Take ownership of the accounting function for several operating locations. This position blends hands-on transactional work with opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial consistency across sites.

• Oversee all accounting and reporting for assigned locations.
• Lead the monthly close, including reconciliations, AP activity, accruals, tax considerations, and financial variance review.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models and support system or automation enhancements.
• Document workflows and implement standardized processes across sites.
• Manage key reconciliations and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• Assist with audits, reviews, and integration efforts during acquisitions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; progress toward CPA is a plus.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience; experience in operationally complex industries is helpful.
• Strong Excel skills; proficiency with Net Suite preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, take initiative, and operate with ownership.

Anticipated Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000 annually
