Staff Accountant - Greater Chicago Area - Hybrid
A growing, multi-entity organization is seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations across AP, AR, and general ledger functions.
This role will own full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, support month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, and help maintain accurate, audit-ready financials. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This role will be approximately 75% AR/AP and 25% general accounting and month-end close support.
What We’re Looking For:- 3+ years of full-cycle AR/AP accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong AP, AR, GL, and reconciliation experience
- Multi-entity experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
