Join EōS Fitness in Peoria, AZ as a Fitness Manager. Lead a personal training team, grow membership, and deliver outstanding fitness experiences.

Build a cohesive PT team, ensure a healthy client pipeline, and provide outstanding member service.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive membership growth through new personal training agreements.
• Collaborate with the membership sales team to support new member onboarding and maintain a smooth transition into the club experience.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Staff Members including Personal Training Managers, Assistant Fitness Managers, and Personal Trainers.
• Manage payroll processes for Assistant Fitness Managers and Personal Trainers, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to department leaders and staff, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure all fitness staff have appropriate certifications (CPR, First Aid, personal trainer certifications) and maintain training records.
• Provide constructive feedback on staff performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
• Provide high‑quality customer service by addressing member concerns, managing membership inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage with members in a friendly and approachable manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing safety protocols and maintaining certifications.
• Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Communicate calmly and clearly with staff and members during emergencies or unexpected disruptions, providing necessary instructions and updates.

• 2+ years of management experience; fitness or personal training management is a plus.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience.
• Personal training sales experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation and systematic problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must have valid personal trainer certification.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Ability to work in a gym setting; move throughout club floors and rooms and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to access and operate the company computer system, including preparing documents, entering data, and reading reports.
• Ability to routinely bend, repeat, and lift more than 40 lbs.

Salary range: $58,656 – $100,000 USD + variable income opportunities (commission and bonus).
