We are seeking an experienced, high-energy FOH Key Manager to lead one of our full-service restaurants. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and takes pride in delivering consistent hospitality every day.
Key Responsibilities & RequirementsOperational Excellence
- Guest Interaction – perform table touches to ensure guests are happy
- Ensure staff is giving excellent customer service with great attitudes
- Handling Guest Issues that are in your restaurant and communicating issues to Management
- Over see Daily Operations of restaurant and having a willingness to help where ever is needed during the shift
- Ensuring we are following all company Food and Employee Safety Standards
- Keep up with a fast paced environment, while staying calm in rushed times
- Open availability with the possibility of doubles
- Must have a strong work ethic plus integrity and problem solving
The FOH Key Manager reports to the FOH Manager and the General Manager.

RequirementsRequires 1 year of Restaurant Management experience
Servesafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required.
