ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments. Their responsibilities may include:
- Managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
- Ensuring the Guest Service Department delivers great customer experiences, manages sales promotions, trains service staff, and maintains organized front counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
- Ensuring the Kitchen Department delivers high quality food quickly, keeps food safety and cost control, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures.
- Ensuring the People Department hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates staff.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
