Positions are posted by the Arizona Department of Labor.
Shift B (7 PM – 7 AM; TUES‑THURS‑FRI) – $2.00 per hour.
Shift C (7 AM – 7 PM; SAT‑SUN‑MON‑TUES) – $1.75 per hour.
Shift D (7 PM – 7 AM; SAT‑SUN‑MON‑TUES) – $2.75 per hour.

Purpose of Position

May be assigned to Warehouse or Production responsibilities. Provides daily supervision of area activities to ensure internal and external customer demands are met, drives continuous improvement of SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity) within their area of responsibility, and identifies areas for cross‑departmental improvement.

Essential Functions
  • Oversee production including embroidery or heat‑seal, packing, shipping, e‑commerce or ship‑only orders, and quality assurance during the assigned shift.
  • Oversee processing and shipping orders, including picking, packing and shipping, receiving and stocking inventory, quality assurance, processing returns, stocking supplies, etc., during the assigned shift.
  • Support accurate inventory through robust receiving, picking and cycle‑count processes.
  • Support Lean operational excellence throughout the area of responsibility.
  • Train, lead, coach and motivate a highly effective team.
  • Identify cost‑saving measures and report to the Value Stream Manager (VSM).
  • Work closely with the VSM to define operational goals and develop plans to reach them.
  • Enable the team to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity metrics (SQDIP) using trend analysis, identify improvement areas and execute continuous improvement activities.
  • Closely monitor weekly and daily schedules and coordinate labor to meet on‑time delivery objectives while minimizing labor expenses.
  • Encourage all associates to commit to excellence by communicating business information timely and conducting regular team meetings.
  • Enforce all HR, Safety and Security work policies, specific work instructions, and quality system requirements.
  • Ensure all associates are trained to perform the required work and track progress on the cross‑training matrix.
  • Evaluate associate performance and development plans, conduct coaching, training and counseling to improve performance, and resolve issues in conjunction with HR and VSM.
  • Direct associate training on operations processes and equipment.
  • Behave, speak and treat others respectfully while directing workflow.
  • Evaluate associates to provide help with improving performance and behavior.
  • Submit daily product reports and transaction functions.
  • Recommend hiring, terminations, partnering with HR and VSM.
  • Manage and mentor Leads and operations associates.
  • Participate in Kaizen or improvement project teams.
  • Meet project quality, delivery and cost objectives.
  • Interface effectively with other Supervisors and Managers to achieve overall goals using shared resources.
