The City of Peoria, Arizona (named the Best Place to Work in the West Valley by Peoria Times voters) is looking to hire an Assistant City Attorney – Litigation to join the City Attorney’s Office. This position supports the Senior Assistant City Attorney and represents the City in a wide range of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts
, including pre-litigation analysis, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals. This role works closely with the City Attorney’s Office and the Claims Division and requires strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and collaboration skills.
Salary Range: $115,355 – $170,726
