Overview

Description As a Rehab Technician, you teach patients exercises and stretches that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. You help them to feel welcome and secure by developing and maintaining relationships throughout their care. You will receive Chiropractor assistant Training, CPR Certification, and bi-monthly training from an LPT as part of your development. If you are a great communicator and someone who loves to help others be healthy, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the prescribed functional and therapeutic exercises and stretches.
  • Accurately document all therapies performed with their corresponding CPT codes.
  • Fit DMEs and post-related notes and charges.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience and workflow at the clinic.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Oversee safety of patients during therapies.

Requirements
  • Able to multi-task (working with multiple patients at once)
  • Interpersonal communication skills with patients and staff (directing the flow of the office)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy
  • Natural influencing ability
  • Personable
  • Passionate about exercising
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to move and lift patients as necessary
  • Ability to lift and carry medical supplies and equipment up to 25 pounds
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
