Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.

In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support overall development.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective implementation of plans.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development provided by the organization.

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a CPR and First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test (if not current within the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Pay Range: $18-24

• Experience as a Behavioral Technician, work with children with autism or other learning disabilities, Teacher’s Aide, Tutor, CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide
