, where you’ll lead recovery-focused groups that empower members to set goals, build skills, and succeed in their community re-entry journey.

• Facilitate interactive, curriculum-based recovery groups
• Keep members engaged through meaningful discussions & activities
• Support personal recovery goals and life skills development
• Document progress and share insights with the treatment team
• Promote social skills, job readiness, and community success
• Collaborate with therapists and care teams to enhance outcomes

• Meets Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) requirements:
• Bachelor’s in behavioral health OR
• Associate degree + 2 yrs exp. OR
• HS diploma/GED + 4 yrs exp.
• 1+ year of group facilitation experience (required)
• Peer Support Specialist cert & lived recovery experience (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid & Crisis De-escalation certs (required)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organization skills
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background, drug, TB, and MVR checks

Outpatient clinical environment with group/classroom facilitation, plus occasional community activities. Must be comfortable standing, speaking, and engaging with groups for extended periods.
