• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program with required fieldwork.
• Active Arizona OT license and successful completion of the NBCOT exam.

• Evaluate students' functional and educational needs related to fine motor, sensory, and self-help skills.
• Develop and implement IEP-aligned OT goals to support student access to the educational curriculum.
• Provide direct and consultative OT services in classrooms and school settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and related service providers.
• Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports per IDEA, district, and state requirements.
