Position OverviewCity of Hope Phoenix (Goodyear, Arizona), a network of cancer hospitals and outpatient centers, is seeking an outstanding Critical Care Intensivist to join our esteemed team. We offer a collaborative, patient‑focused environment dedicated to transforming healthcare by integrating cutting‑edge research and compassionate care.
Services Offered at City of Hope Phoenix:
Surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, interventional oncology, genomic testing, precision cancer treatment, and immunotherapy. Our clinical specialists treat all major and rare cancers with great attention to optimizing patients’ quality of life using evidence‑based resources, treatments, and technology.
- Provide comprehensive critical care for oncology patients in the ICU setting.
- 7 on 7 off schedule.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond to codes and rapid responses.
- 24/7 vascular access team.
- 38 total beds in the hospital (average ICU patient census is around
3). - Opportunity to engage in clinical and translational research while collaborating with faculty at TGen.
- EPIC EMR.
Includes a highly competitive salary, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and productivity/performance incentives. Actual compensation will be adjusted for specialty, experience, training, hospital/community needs, and other factors.

Qualifications- Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO). - Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain an Arizona Medical License prior to starting date.
- Experience and interest in the care of inpatient oncology patients. Experienced candidates are preferred; new graduates are also welcome to apply.
