Studio Supervisor

Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 57 studios nation-wide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future!

We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Supervisor for our Penzance Studio. Fully flexible contract, offering up to 20 hours per week. This position will be covering days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is a must, and additional hours are on offer to cover any staff holidays and sickness.

As Studio Supervisor, you'll help create a welcoming, spotless, and vibrant studio experience for every customer who walks through the door. Working closely with the Studio Manager, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, support the team and deliver exceptional customer service.

• English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstratable skill
• At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
• Experience working towards a goal or target - demonstratable by previous roles/education
• Able to attend mandatory training
• Examples of good time management
• Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges

• Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment
• Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
• Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Previous Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience

• £12.75 per hour plus uncapped sales commission
