You’ll play a key role in overseeing staff, ensuring excellent practice, and supporting an individual to live the life they choose.

Package

* £13.50 per hour (+£2 overtime rate)

* 30 hours per week (including 2 sleep-ins)

Requirements

* Full UK driving licence (manual) – essential

* Experience in social care and leading a team

* Ability to write and review support plans and risk assessments

* Strong organisational skills for rota management and meetings

* Compassion, patience and emotional resilience

* A positive, proactive and person-centred approach

Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day running of the service

* Lead, support and supervise a team of Support Workers

* Arrange and lead team meetings and individual reviews

* Write, update and implement support plans and risk assessments

* Manage rotas and coordinate appointments

* Support with goal setting and skill development

* Ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered

* Build positive relationships with the individual supported, encouraging independence and choice
