• Research print and colour trends to inform design direction.
• Prepare precise repeat patterns for supplier handover and manage the approval process.
• Collaborate closely with the Print Designer to create original hand‑rendered and digital print designs, ensuring alignment with seasonal direction.
• Work with mills, printers and factories to review strike‑offs and bulk approvals, maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

• Background in Fashion Design, Textile Design or Surface Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and proven ability to develop print designs into repeat.
• Proactive growth mindset with a strong technical execution focus.
