• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport with diverse customers.
• Grow local business partnerships, develop networking and build lasting relationships.
• Understand financial mechanics, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Manage fleet operations, strategic planning and performance improvement.
• Lead, mentor and develop your own team, with opportunities to manage and promote as you grow.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience may be substituted where applicable.
• Hold a full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations can be made for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on the driving record within the last five years.
