• Assign and dispatch trips to drivers based on availability and customer demand
• Monitor real-time fleet activity to ensure timely service
• Communicate route details, updates, and changes clearly to drivers
• Maintain accurate records of trips, schedules, and driver assignments
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Respond to unexpected issues quickly and professionally

• Experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
• Familiarity with dispatch systems or GPS tracking software (a plus)
• Valid driver’s license required
