Overview

Lost Key Golf Club is seeking a motivated, service-driven Golf Professional to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests. This position is ideal for a PGA Professional (or apprentice) who is passionate about the game, committed to member and guest satisfaction, and excited to be part of a forward-thinking club operation.

• Provide outstanding daily members and guest service in all golf operations
• Assist with the management of the golf shop, including merchandising, inventory control, and retail sales
• Coordinate and conduct golf tournaments, leagues, and special events
• Deliver private and group instruction, player development programs, and clinics
• Support and enforce club policies, pace of play standards, and rules of golf
• Collaborate with the golf operations and agronomy teams to ensure seamless daily operations
• Actively engage with members and guests to build relationships and enhance the club culture

• Class A PGA Member (preferred) or Apprentice in good standing (required)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven commitment to exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of golf instruction, club fitting, and tournament operations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
