Marine Technician

One for someone new to the industry, and one for someone who already has skills in the Marine Industry and is ready to take it to the next level. We would prefer if you have some tools but it’s not a deal breaker if you don’t. This is not an easy job, so we need someone who isn’t afraid to do what it takes to get the job done even during the hottest months.

You will be working side by side and learning from the area’s leading Master Marine Refrigeration Technicians; the education and knowledge you will gain is invaluable and can’t be replicated even through a traditional school. For this reason, we have a two year non-compete. We want someone who is serious about a career and looking for a “home”. We may consider moving to a 4 day work week in the future
