We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on hospital equipment and building systems.

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment according to diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer specifications using hand and power tools.
• Maintain air handlers, exhaust fans, patient beds, sterilizers, generators, oxygen, and vacuum systems.
• Inspect, install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures for heating, water, gas, and drainage systems.
• Cut, thread, and fit pipe sections and plumbing fixtures.
• Construct, repair, and maintain furniture, wall partitions, cabinets, doors, and building framework.
• Measure and cut floor tiles to size; install or replace Formica countertops, ceiling tiles, and window glass.
• Prepare surfaces and apply paint, varnish, stains, or enamels to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Perform grounds work and maintain landscaping sprinkler system components.
• Keep preventive maintenance records up to date.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational or technical training preferred.
• 1–5 years as a Maintenance Mechanic preferred.
