Job Description
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join a flooring supply team in PENSACOLA, FL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands the needs of contractors and designers, and can confidently recommend the right products for any project. You will play a key part in expanding our client base and promoting our high-quality flooring materials.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and retail partners

Promote and sell our range of flooring products, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and accessories

Identify new business opportunities and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on project requirements

Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand needs and offer tailored solutions

Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate customer records

Collaborate with the operations and warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction

Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions

Requirements

Proven experience in sales (flooring, construction materials, or building products preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to understand and explain product specs and installation requirements

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
