Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients while assisting them with their needs in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups
- Process transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.
- Maintain organized stock levels and ensure the sales floor is well-presented and stocked.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate terms of sale when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company goals.
- Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
- Assist in order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Utilize DMS (Dealer Management System) for tracking inventory and managing stock levels.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly workspace.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in retail sales, demonstrating a solid understanding of customer service principles.
- Ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and customers.
- Proficiency with cash register operations and handling financial transactions accurately.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases and will be considered in pay negotiations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel and Windows-based computer systems
