The Role
In this position, you will:
- Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service.
- Absolutely NO cold‑calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre‑confirmed.
- We want you to focus on selling.
- Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
- Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas.
- Promote company products and services.
- Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
- Provide best‑in‑class customer experience.
- Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
- Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.
- In‑Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus.
- Must be self‑motivated and results oriented.
- Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Works successfully without requiring close supervision.
- Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver’s license, and enjoy being on the road.
