Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience: At least two years of relevant work experience. In-direct support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets. Must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, where applicable. Must qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills: Excellent customer service, problem-solving, communication skills, ability to interpret documents, prepare reports, and familiarity with inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office.

Must meet firearms transaction requirements, qualify for FOID card (Illinois), and complete Firearms Sales Certification Training if applicable.

Ability to perform physical tasks, adhere to work hours, and follow policies. Tasks include standing, walking, reaching, handling, lifting, and other physical activities as detailed.
