Construction Quality Control Manager
As a Construction Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program. You will ensure the performance of this program aligns with contractual obligations and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and implement a project-specific quality control program.
- Execute the performance of the quality control program according to contract specifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures in construction projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify and address quality issues.
- Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Minimum of five years of combined experience in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.
- At least two years of experience specifically as a Quality Control Manager.
- Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate.
- Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications.
Skills & Qualifications
- RMS/QCS training preferred (training is available).
- Specialty inspection training and licenses/certifications highly desired.
- LEED AP, AP+ or Green Associate (GA) Certificate preferred.
This position requires on-site work as a Quality Control Manager, ensuring compliance and quality in construction projects. Training for necessary certifications can be provided.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
