Bright Star Care of Pensacola is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our home care team. We make hiring simple, fast, and supportive — no long onboarding, no heavy paperwork, and no weekends

We’re Joint Commission accredited
, not Medicare/Medicaid certified, and we focus on providing high-quality 1:1 home care without all the red tape.
- Monday–Friday only — no weekends
- Realistic caseload with 1:1 client care
- Quick, straightforward hiring process
- Supportive team with DON and Branch Manager
- Mileage Reimbursement
- Active RN license in Florida
- At least 1 year clinical RN experience
- Home health or case management experience preferred
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to travel locally for RN home visits
Qualifications:
- An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is provided
- Minimum of (1) year nursing experience
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance
