We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
• Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
• 2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Current BLS required
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• BSN is preferred
