Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Facilities Professional role based on-site in Pensacola, FL. The Facilities Professional will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the efficiency of facility systems and equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, adhering to safety guidelines, and collaborating with teams to ensure a safe and operational environment. The role also involves documenting maintenance activities, coordinating with external contractors as needed, and reporting to supervisors.
Qualifications- Technical skills in facility maintenance, repair, and equipment operation.
- Knowledge and competency in safety compliance and operational procedures.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with colleagues and contractors.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and address facility issues effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in building maintenance, HVAC systems, or electrical work is beneficial.
