From daily cleaning of apartment homes, office spaces, and other areas on the property, the Community Housekeeper sets the standard for excellence in our apartment homes. The Community Housekeeper is personable, with a passion great eye for detail.

• Perform general cleaning tasks for vacant and model units, office space, and other areas on the property.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in apartment homes for turnarounds: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces.
• Perform general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
• Accomplish all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.
• Always maintain resident confidentiality.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work quickly and perform quality work under tight deadline.
