From daily cleaning of apartment homes, office spaces, and other areas on the property, the Community Housekeeper sets the standard for excellence in our apartment homes. The Community Housekeeper is personable, with a passion great eye for detail.

- Perform general cleaning tasks for vacant and model units, office space, and other areas on the property.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in apartment homes for turnarounds: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces.
- Perform general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
- Accomplish all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.
- Always maintain resident confidentiality.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Great customer service skills and polite attitude.
- Ability to work quickly and perform quality work under tight deadline.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Standing on one’s feet for a long period, bending, and extensive walking.
- May be exposed to occasional unsanitary conditions, unpleasant odors, and hazardous (concentrated chemicals).
