Sourcing Fulfillment Leader

Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Fulfillment professional for Pensacola operations to manage supply chain activities ensuring on-time delivery and process improvement.

• Lead Fulfillment for Pensacola operations
• Ensure material delivery without disruption to shop and with 98%+ on-time to the final customer expectations
• Partner with the Manufacturing and Global Fulfillment teams to ensure the master production plan can be fulfilled by the supply chain team
• Implement standard work tools for the fulfillment team
• Drive problem solving culture with local team to continuously improve KPIs while resolving fulfillment issues
• Support and collaborate with GCLs / Supply Chain teams for cost-out programs and other strategic initiatives
• Manage Regional inventory targets and improve/stabilize on‑hand supply to drive improvement
• Own regional ECO cut‑in changes while collaborating with the Master Scheduler
• Collaborate with Regional teams to identify total system and process gaps to delivery improvements and standardization for fulfillment
• Manage / Lead a team of lead professionals

• Minimum 8 years of Supply Chain experience
• Proven capability of delivering results and business outcomes in a dynamic environment
• Thorough understanding of business processes with special focus to Supply Chain
• Proven problem‑solving skills, data oriented and systematic skills
• Oracle ERP Experience
• Ability and flexibility to travel as job requires

• Broad understanding of business processes including material planning, material purchasing, inventory and S&OP
• Six Sigma and Lean Proficiency
• Ability to work horizontally across different business processes, functions and geographies
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Pay range: $ – $. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
