A respected Pensacola-based law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 1+ year of experience to join its growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to gain meaningful courtroom and hearing exposure while developing strong litigation skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Handle all phases of workers' compensation litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials (hearing experience a strong plus).
• Assist with case strategy, legal research, and client communication.
• Represent employers and insurance carriers in workplace injury claims, compensability disputes, and benefit defense matters.
• Work closely with partners, claims professionals, and support staff to drive efficient case resolution.

• 1+ year of litigation experience (workers' compensation or insurance defense experience preferred).
• Active Florida Bar member in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a deadline-driven environment.
• Motivated, detail-oriented attorney eager to develop litigation and courtroom skills.
