Enterprise Content Management Analyst ( Sharepoint, Adobe Experience Manager / AEM Required )

Location: Remote & Onsite Thrice a week — Pensacola, FL

Duration: Long term ongoing with no end date

AEM/AEC experience is a requirement.

Provides administrative and operational support with an emphasis on SharePoint content management, reporting, document authoring, and data accuracy initiatives.

• Maintain and populate SharePoint Communities of Practice (COP) sites, ensuring accurate and organized content.
• Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms within SharePoint to support tracking and operational needs.
• Author high-volume correspondence in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including the creation of over 1,000 individualized letters in accordance with established templates and standards.
• Perform address validation and data verification to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.

• Proficiency with SharePoint and enterprise content management systems.
• Experience with document/letter authoring in AEM or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks accurately.
• Effective organizational and written communication skills.
