Safety:
Conduct all IT related projects with safety as a priority and by seeking input from stakeholdersActively participate in the Company Safety programs and set a good example for others.Functional/Role Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the M365 environment including mail flow and collaboration products such as email, SharePoint, Dynamics, Teams, Intune, and SQL.Maintain the active directory environment including DHCP, GPO, DNS, and certificate management.Perform, oversee, monitor, and ensure data security including regular backups, recovery, verification of security rights, and other steps necessary to ensure data integrity.Perform routine audits of systems and softwareSupport with ERP related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and customizationsEffectively utilize third party service providers and technical expertise to manage the existing systems, troubleshoot problems, ensure security upgrades/updates are implemented, and major IT projects are executed effectively.Assistance/collaboration with functional teams in maintaining document management file structures and alignment with the ERP solutionPerform other duties or special projects as required or as assignedEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree.10 years’ experience in increasingly responsible IT positionsPreferred:
MBA in Business or Computer Sciences (or a related degree) preferred.Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs. Occasionally may need to bend, reach, stoop, kneel and reach/lift overhead.Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
