Treatment Coordinator​/Assistant

Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized Treatment Coordinator/Assistant to support patients by explaining treatment plans, coordinating scheduling, and assisting with insurance and financial discussions in a fast-paced healthcare office.

• Explain treatment plans and next steps to patients
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
• Discuss costs, estimates, and payment options
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with providers and support office operations

• 1–2 year s experience in a healthcare, dental, or medical office
• Experience with insurance verification and billing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable discussing treatment and finances
• Practice management software experience preferred
• Must be a Certified Dental Assistant
• Must be Radiology Certified
• Must have experience as a treatment coordinator
• Must be proficient in Dentrix

Pay: $ per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Daytime hours- 32 hours per week
